Lines end on the last date that each bat was detected by the PIT tag reader, and dotted vertical lines show the mean emergence date for each treatment group, indicated on the Y-axis (Pf – P. fluorescens, Co – Control). The gray vertical bar shows the date after which emerging bats were assumed to have survived.
