Monolateral neuropathy model induced by CCI. Sciatic nerve ligation was performed 7 days before the beginning of the test (day −7). Laser treatment [28 s, 30 Hz; 50% int (mean power 1840 mW); peak power905 1 kW ± 20%; 5,147 J/cm2; 51,4 J] was applied on days 1; 3; 6; 8; 10; 11; 13; 15; 17; 20; 22 at 0 min and 30 min after laser application. The hind limb weight bearing alteration was measured by Incapacitance test. Values reported in the graph are referred to measurements conducted before treatments.
