Relative expression levels of ten selected miRNAs in TGCTs. Expression levels of miRNAs in TGCTs were analysed by qPCR. The relative expression levels of the miRNAs were higher in all TGCTs after normalisation to normal testis. Particularly, the expression level of the miR-302/367 cluster was highest in embryonal carcinoma, the expression of miR-200c-3p was highest in mixed germ cell tumours, and the expression of miR-371-3p was highest in seminoma. Relative fold change of expression was determined using the equation RQ = 2^−ΔΔCT; Relative fold change of expression was presented as log-transformed values and the y-axis indicates the exponents.
