Binding specificity of [99mTc]Tc-labeled G3 variants to SKOV3 (A), BT474 (B) and DU145 (C) HER2-expressing cell lines in vitro. Radiolabeled compounds were added at 1 nM concentration; 100-fold molar excess of the corresponding non-labeled G3 variant was added for blocking of HER2 receptors. Data are presented as mean from three samples ± standard deviation (SD).
