Subgroup division and time points of analyses. Subdivision of study cohort in two study groups (NK1-R group and Control group) and subsequent division of animals according to performed analysis at different time points. Every analysis is performed in 6 animals of both study groups at every time point. At DPO (days post-operative) 42 both µCT imaging and biomechanical testing was performed in the same animals.
