Decomposed time series of koala sighting data recorded between 1997 and 2013 in SEQLD, Australia. The panels from top to bottom show the original time series, the estimated trend component, the estimated seasonal component and the estimated irregular or random noise component. Trend components of the time series were prepared calculating simple moving averages in an order of 12 months.
