U0126 Pre-Treatment Does Not Reduce Cell Viability. (A) MTT and (B) trypan blue exclusion were used to assess the effects of U0126 and wood smoke on A549 cell viability. Neither assay detected a reduction in cell viability among wood smoke exposed groups. Staurosporine was used as a positive control for reduced viability.
