  1. Expression analyses revealed 15 out of 64 genes in our svPPA network showed dysregulated expression in pathologically confirmed cases of frontotemporal lobar degeneration with ubiquitinated inclusions (FTLD-U) when compared to age-matched controls. P-values for the top associated probe for each gene (FDR corrected p < 0.05 to account for multiple testing) are shown. FDR – false discovery rate.
