(B) The graph reveals that less finasteride treated patients were found the higher the severity of cardiac hypertrophy (IVS) was. (C) NT-proBNP level are significantly correlated with severity of septal thickness indicating an association between severity of cardiac hypertrophy and the ventricular filling pressure in the study cohort. (D) Finasteride treated patients display a trend towards lower NT-proBNP level. Raw values are provided in Tables S2 and S3 in the Data Supplement.
