From: Transcriptome analysis of rice (Oryza sativa L.) shoots responsive to cadmium stress
Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in shoot of rice seedlings. The genes were summarized in three main GO categories (biological process, molecular function and cellular component). P value to decide the enrichment significance was calculated through hypergeometric distribution and the red line represents the P value of 0.05.
