CymMV was detected by primer pair (CymMV RdRp-F and CymMV RdRp-R) of 152 bp; ORSV by primer pair (ORSV-RdRpPai-F and ORSV-RdRpPai-R) of 860 bp and BaMV by primer pair (BaMV-P2-F and BaMV-P2-R) of 416 bp, respectively. Actin was an internal control.
