Expression of the UPR components in K562 cells expressing CALR mutated variants. Expression of the key UPR genes, CHOP (a), ERDJ4 (b), ATF4 (c), XBP1Spliced/XBP1Unspliced (d), GRP78 (e), and GADD34 (f) was measured by qRT-PCR. Results were normalized to each CALR variant sample cultured in normoxic conditions. Data are represented as Relative Quantity (RQ) mean ± S.E.M of 3 independent experiments. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01.
