  1. The FPKM (fragments per kilobase per million reads) normalized values for these genes are listed for all samples. The numbers in the last column are the Log2 values of ratios of D-MG to MG. Negative values indicate that the genes are present in higher amounts in MG group, while positive values indicate that the genes are present in higher amounts in D-MG group.
  2. The genes were separated into different groups based on: upregulated in DMGs (>+0.50 fold); similar expression (−0.49 to +0.49 fold); upregulated in MGs (−0.50 to −2.00 fold); highly upregulated in MGs (<−2.00 fold), and P2RY receptors.
