The effect of Koala retrovirus (KoRV) status on cytokine expression. Geometric mean and 95%CI of the geometric mean for relative expression of cytokine levels, compared to reference genes calculated using the ΔCq method87. IFNγ and IL17A were significantly decreased in KoRV positive koalas (*p < 0.05 Mann-Whitney U test).
