IL-4 promotes HSL activity through PKA pathway. Cells were pre-incubated in H89-contatining serum free DMEM, followed by adding IL-4 and/or Iso. (a) Proteins levels were analyzed by Western blotting. The data were shown by grouping of blots cropped from different parts of the same gel. (b) Quantification of (a). (c) Cells were pre-incubated with 0.5 mM IBMX for 0.5 h to block phosphodiesterase activity and then stimulated with 10 μM Iso and IL-4 for another 1 hr.
