SAMD12-AS1 decreases p53 stability in HepG2-4D14 cells. (a) Total RNA from HepG2-4D14 sh-Ctrl and HepG2-4D14 sh-SAMD12-AS1 cell lines was extracted and subjected to qRT-PCR to quantify the amount of SAMD12-AS1. (b,c) Cells were treated with doxorubicin (DOXO) (1 μg/ml) (b, left) and etoposide (2 μM) (c, left). Cell lysates were harvested for immunoblotting with the indicated antibodies.
