  1. Tm is the temperature at the denaturation midpoint as indicated by thermal induced denaturation followed by circular dichroism. T1/2 is the temperature that decreases the activity of the enzyme at a half after 20 minutes incubation. Cm is the concentration of urea that reduces 50% of the enzyme activity after incubation by 2 hours at 37 °C. Values are the average of duplicate experiments with S.D. less than 5%.
