  1. Each SNP was analyzed for association with the four phenotypes under additive, recessive and dominant genetic models, using linear regression. The basic regression model (A) included adjusting for age, sex and TICV (except of WMH). In addition to the covariates included in model A, the second model (B), was also adjusted for T2D related characteristics, BMI and ancestry. Significant associations are in bold.
