(a) Reversible Rs change versus shortened chord length. Rs is irreversibly increased by residual stress in the Polyimide substrate. (b) Rs change as a function of bending cycles. The resistivity continously increases under increasing cycles number and show reversible characteristics under bending stress after saturated resistivity region.
