From: Phase-change like process through bond switching in distorted and resonantly bonded crystal
(a) Reversible Rs change versus shortened chord length. Rs is irreversibly increased by residual stress in the Polyimide substrate. (b) Rs change as a function of bending cycles. The resistivity continously increases under increasing cycles number and show reversible characteristics under bending stress after saturated resistivity region.
