Cytotoxic effects of Erb-hcAb, PD-L1_1 or their combination on tumor cells in the presence of lymphocytes. (a) SK-BR-3 cells were co-cultured with lymphocytes (effector: target ratio 10:1), and treated for 24 hours with Erb-hcAb (balck curve, circles) or PD-L1_1 (grey curve, squares) mAbs used alone, or in combination (dashed curve, triangles), at the indicated concentrations. SK-BR-3 cell survival is expressed as percent of viable treated cells with respect to untreated cells. (b) SK-BR-3 cell lysis, measured by the LDH release after the incubation with Erb-hcAb or PD-L1_1 mAbs, used alone or in combination at the indicated concentrations. The levels of LDH are expressed as a fold change with respect to the level detected in untreated cells, used as a negative control.
