(C) Ratio of the number of significant neighboring isoforms of the genes TYMS, TUBB and DNMT1 with the genes perturbed by the drugs trifluridine, colchicine and azacitidine in each common gene set. The ratio distributions for isoforms of TYMS and TUBB are significantly different (Mann-Whitney, p–value = 0.009026 and 0.0001554).
