Impact of encapsulation in ECM hydrogels upon SCAP viability. SCAP viability in ECM hydrogels was assessed 3 and 7 days after incorporation in different hydrogels: spinal cord at 8 mg/ml (S8) and bone at 8 and 10 mg/mL (B8 and B10) and S8 combined with fibrin (S/F). Results were expressed relative to viability at Day 0 for each condition (red dotted bar). Error bars represent the standard error of the (N = 3, n = 3).
