For each secondary charged species s, the relative dose contribution to the total neutron dose Ds (%) and the dose mean lineal energy \({\bar{{\rm{y}}}}_{{\rm{D}},{\rm{s}}}\) (keV/μm) in the biological samples calculated with PHITS. Errors are calculated as standard deviations among different simulation runs.
