Shift in the additional minimum relative to the PBS reference after 30 minutes for anti-CD63 Ab-conjugated samples with exosomes of various concentrations alongside the shifts for the isotype-control conjugated samples with the maximum exosome concentration used (10 μg/mL exosomes). All 4 cases were performed over 3 samples with error bars denoting ± one standard deviation.
