Analysis of interphase and mitotic, stained, fixed and living, HEK293 cells and fibroblasts, including bright-field, fluorescence and MCARS (CH2, CH3) imaging. Fixed and living HEK293 cells were stained with DAPI and Hoechst 33342, respectively. Living fibroblasts were stained with Hoechst 33342. Scale bar, 5 µm.
