(a) Diagnostic performance was represented by the receiver-operating characteristic curve with AUC = 0.9752. Each orange, gray, and yellow point represents the sensitivity and specificity of an endoscopist. (b) If we defined poor = IoU < 0.5, good ≥0.5, <0.7, excellent ≥0.7, Good and Excellent was 91%, indicating AI flag is almost correct for lesions detection.
