Gene expression changes during different acceleration phases of the first parabola. Most of the gene expression changes are specific for a particular acceleration phase. Each circle represents an acceleration phase (orange = first 1.8 g, blue = µg, and red = second 1.8 g phase). Intersections between circles show the number of genes that changed in more than one acceleration. A fold change cut-off of 1.5-fold and a p-value of 0.05 were applied using moderated t-test.
