Growth of calli [g] (A), sum of lipids [mg/g of calli] (B), and content of PC fraction [mol % of total phospholipids] (C) in calli cells of Raweta wheat. Calli were cultured at MS media (control) and media with 30 µM ZEN, 30 µM α-zearalenol, 30 µM α-zearalanol without or with 100 µM Mn ions. Data are the means of ten replication with ± SE. Means followed by the same letters for each treatment are not significantly different (P < 0.05).
