Cytotoxic effects of RES on Huh7 cells and Vero cells. The cytotoxicity of RES was determined using the MTS assay. Huh7 cells (A) and Vero cells (B) were mock-treated or treated with RES at the concentrations of 20 µM, 50 µM, 80 µM, and 100 µM for 24 or 48 h. The experiments were performed in triplicates and the data obtained were analyzed using Graph Pad Prism 7 (Graph Pad Software Inc., San Diego, CA, USA, 2016).
