The relative fold change expression of each TF among JA-treated Hevea clones by using relative qRT-PCR analysis. Reference sample is indicated by asterisk in each image and ADF4 is used as reference gene. The significance in relative expression of TFs was tested through a one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s post hoc test at a significance level of 0.05. Each vertical line on the bar represents mean ± SEM across the biological replicates. Mean values with different letters are significantly different.
