MiR-1976 overexpression reversed E. coli-induced vaginal infection in mice. (a) Administration of the miR-1976 overexpression vector restored the miR1976 expression suppressed by E. coli infection in the vaginal tissues of mice, as measured by qRT-PCR analysis; (b) The total number of vaginal microbes was significantly reduced after administration of the miR1976 adenoviral vector.
