During adaptation and pregnancy periods, groups were constituted by NP (n = 6), LP (n = 6), NP-inactive (n = 6), NP-active (n = 6), LP-inactive (n = 6) and LP-active (n = 6). The values are presented as the mean ± S.E.M. *p < 0.05 using two-way ANOVA and Bonferroni’s post hoc test.
