L. reuteri requires lymphocytes to exert beneficial effect on Bone. Twelve week old C57BL/6 and Rag KO male mice were supplemented with water (n = 11) or L. reuteri (n = 10) for 4 weeks. Femoral bone was collected, and trabecular and cortical bone analyzed by µCT. (a) representative micro-computed tomography isosurface images by uCT.
