Detection of the M2-1 – PABPC1 interaction using Proximity Ligation Assay. Cells were infected with a recombinant RSV expressing L-GFP (green), fixed at 24 h p.i and subjected to a Proximity Ligation Assay (red). DNA was stained with Hoechst 33258 (blue). Primary antibodies used were directed against M2-1 and PABPC1, or M2-1 and IMPDH2 for the negative control. Images were taken under a Leica SP8 confocal microscope. Representative images from 3 independent experiments are shown.
