Cocaine-induced CPP in Rhes KO mice. Evaluation of the preference score (time spent in the drug-paired compartment – time spent in the pre-conditioning test) by treating the mice with cocaine at the dose of 2.5 mg/kg (n = 10/genotype), 7.5 mg/kg (n = 10/genotype) or vehicle (n = 11/genotype).
