ZBTB32-haploinsufficiency minimally impacts IgA responses to intestinal bacteria. (A) Quantification of IgA-bound bacteria in fecal pellets. Bacteria were gated as DAPI+ and isotype control- events and assessed for IgA and IgG staining as in Fig. 3C. Lack of statistical significance was determined by students’ 2-tailed t-test.
