From: Diamond Etching Beyond 10 μm with Near-Zero Micromasking
Surface Roughening and Damage Observed after 233 Minute Etch with Ar/O2 ICP RIE (HIM). Significant micron-scale pillar-like features were observed across the etched surface. The mesa sidewalls presented a rough surface and trenching at the base.
