OXT Partial Antagonism of AVP Ca2+ Mobilization at Human and Marmoset AVPR1a. Intracellular Ca2+ responses in CHO cells expressing each of the primate AVPR1a in response to stimulation with varying concentrations of Pro8-OXT or Leu8-OXT in the presence or absence of 10−8 M AVP (10 nM). All values are expressed as the relative percentage of the AVP (10−8 M) Ca2+ response for each primate species AVPR1a.
