MALDI TOF/TOF analyses of tryptic digests of (A) Clr-11-FcHis and (B) Clr-11 after 3C protease cleavage, both prepared under non-reducing conditions. The m/z value 2108.03 corresponds to the dimerization cystine dipeptide LNSYSLQCK-LNSYSLQCK.
