Des-fluoro-anacetrapib treatment reduces grafted vein smooth muscle cell proliferation in NZW rabbits. Right external jugular vein autologous end-to-side transplantation bypass grafting of the right common carotid artery was carried out in NZW rabbits maintained on regular chow (control) or chow supplemented with 0.14% (wt/wt) des-fluoro-anacetrapib (dfAna) as described in the legend to Fig. 1.
