Accuracy study of the SureID 23comp Kit. The average of the size values of each allele in the data of the 500 samples and in 21 allelic ladders were compared to the actual sizes of the corresponding allele (actual sizes provided by the manufacturer). The size differences per nucleotides were calculated and are represented by the coloured dots. All alleles fell within the range of ±0.41 nt of the allelic widow; the largest differences were seen at D6S474 allele 17 (0.4096 nt) and D7S3048 allele 26 (−0.4084 nt).
