Metabolic transportation profile of the individual microbial entity. Metabolites import and export frequency of each microbial entity has been represented using black scattered dots. The vertical and horizontal axis denotes the number of imported and exported metabolites, respectively. It is observed that the number of small metabolites transmission varies significantly among different microbial species. Moreover, the frequency of metabolite import is found to be higher than the export inside the N. corniger gut microbiota. The statistical overview of the network has been provided in the Supplementary Information (Table S5).
