Binding specificity of 57Co-X-PEG2-RM26 (X = NOTA, NODAGA, DOTA and DOTAGA) to GRPR-expressing PC-3 cells. Two groups of culture dishes containing PC-3 cells were incubated with radiolabeled conjugates (1 nM). One set of dishes was pre-saturated with excess amount of non-labeled conjugates (blocked). Data are presented as average ± standard deviation. Data were analyzed by an unpaired, two-tailed t-test.
