Growth phase dependence of QSI production by Delftia sp. 11304. Bacterial growth curve was determined by enumerating of colony forming units (CFU) at selected time points. Dependence of QSI activity from growth phase was determined at the same time points and expressed as numerical values obtained by measurement of inhibition zones of violacein production by Chromobacterium violaceum CV026.
