smoothing the phase data with a 3 × 3 uniform binning

PS tracking

set the spatial gap dgap as 5 pixels;

set detection boundary length L as 11 pixels

  1. *These parameters are based on the spatial resolution of our mapping system for which the distance between two neighbouring pixels is in the range 0.13–0.29 mm.
