Flow cytometry of MMD patients and controls. The number of CD206 positive cells in the PBMNCs derived from controls was significantly higher than that of patients with MMD (p < 0.05). On the other hand, the number of CD34 positive cells in the PBMNCs cultured from controls was significantly larger than that in the PBMNCs cultured from patients with MMD (p < 0.05). The figure was generated by plotting values using a box-and-whisker plot.
