The effect of uch1 uch2 uch3 mutations on circadian expression of a series of clock genes at high temperature. Plants entrained to 12 h light/12 h dark at 22 °C for 12 days were sifted to LL at 29 °C. Expression rhythms of clock genes shown in Fig. 5 were monitored every 6 h over 66 h in LL. This experiment was carried out at the same time with that represented in Fig. 5. Error bars indicate SE of two biological replicates.
