From: Immunoproteomic analysis of Borrelia miyamotoi for the identification of serodiagnostic antigens

Evaluation of cross-reactive antibodies present in B. burgdorferi-infected CD1 mice against recombinant B. miyamotoi proteins (100 ng). Pooled sera collected at 14 dpi from CD1 mice exposed to B. burgdorferi (B31)-infected I. scapularis was assayed against B. miyamotoi recombinant proteins and an IgM (a) or IgG (b) antibody response observed. Serum was diluted 1:200 for immunoblotting. Molecular weight of proteins is expressed in kDa.
