Overall study design and workflow. Clinical variables from allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (alloSCT) recipients were collected after stem cell transplantation twice weekly, whenever feasible. Monocyte count and treatment with etanercept were confirmed in validation cohort and therefore studied further.
