Boxplot showing concentrations of monocytes up to four weeks before IA diagnosis for cases. Control data (white boxplots) was matched to the time point of alloSCT of all cases (blue boxplots) per week. Differences were determined by the Likelihood-Ratio test. Nominally significant differences (i.e. p ≤ 0.05) were observed for all 4 weeks.
